Our Story Begins With Purpose
The Leading Ladies Society (LLS) is a non-profit organization whose main purpose is to raise funds to provide education al scholarships and grant wishes by way of Lisa’s List, a wish-granting foundation for chronically or terminally ill women. The LLS is committed to enhancing the lives of women by offering networking opportunities, mentor ing (business, personal, and educational), support and development.

Dr. Helen M. Davis
Founder
Dr. Helen M. Davis currently resides in Natchez, MS. Helen is a graduate of Alcorn State University with a B.S. Agriculture, Master’s in Agriculture Economics, and a Doctoral in Instructional Leadership. She is founder and CEO of AG Market Links LLC, member of the Natchez Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Helen is a firm believer in working together works.
Lynne Barney
Co-Founder
Lynne Barney currently reside in Louisville, KY. Lynne retired after 24 years in the Kentucky Air National Guard as a Master Sergeant, as a Sergeant after 20 years as a police officer, has been adjunct faculty for several post secondary institutions, and is currently employed as the Director of Athletic Career Services for the University of Louisville. Lynne is passionate about helping women succeeded personally and professionally.
